PhysioDesk makes software for physiotherapy clinics. Every time we posted something useful on Instagram, the comments filled up with “details please”, and someone had to answer each one by hand.
So we built this for PhysioDesk’s own Instagram first. It does one job: when someone asks in the comments, they get the answer in their DMs. Now anyone can use it.
Small on purpose
It isn’t a chatbot builder with a hundred settings. It answers comments with DMs, and does that properly.
What it does
- Works on Reels, photo posts and carousels
- Matches a keyword, several keywords, or any comment
- Sends a DM with a button that stays in the chat
- Optionally replies publicly under the comment
- Can ask people to follow you before sending the link
- Keeps a list of everyone who asked
What it won’t do
- Message people who never commented or wrote to you
- Send bulk or broadcast DMs
- Ask for your Instagram password
- Scrape profiles or followers
- Go past Instagram’s sending limits
It runs on Instagram’s official messaging API, the one Meta approves for business tools.

Is it really free?
Yes, while it’s in beta. The free plan covers one Instagram account, ten active automations and up to 190 automated DMs an hour. If we add paid plans later, you’ll hear from us well before anything changes.
Which Instagram accounts work?
Business and Creator accounts. If yours is a personal account, you can switch it to a free Creator account in the Instagram app in about a minute.
Do you need my Instagram password?
No. You connect through Instagram’s own login screen, and you can remove access any time from Instagram’s settings or from your dashboard.
Could this get my account in trouble?
It only uses Instagram’s official API and follows its rules: one private reply per comment, follow-ups only after the person responds, and an hourly cap below Meta’s limit.
Does it work on Reels and carousels?
Yes. Reels, single photos and carousels all work. You can pick one post, the next one you publish, or all of them.
How is this different from ManyChat?
